  • How long does it take for a cahoot account to be set up and ready?

  • What are the loan settlement charges and general Rates?
    The typical APR on cahoot accounts is the APR that we anticipate offering to the majority of new cahoot customers. The typical APR means the typical interest rate a customer will be given on a credit product such as a loan or credit card.

    cahoot Credit Card:    Your credit card's minimum payment is paid automatically each month via your direct debit. If you wish to pay more than the minimum amount, choose 'change your pre-arranged monthly direct debit payment amount' within the credit card 'account manager' page.
    cahoot Flexible Loan:    You can choose to pay off your cahoot flexible loan in part or full at any time, and you will not incur any charges for this. If that wasn't enough you can choose to keep the loan open for future use, and you won't be charged any interest.
  • How do I make a transfer or withdrawal from my account?
    cahoot Current Account:    You can transfer or withdraw funds from your cahoot current account to another cahoot account by selecting your current account and clicking on Transfer or Withdrawal.If these are made by 4:00pm on a working day funds will arrive on the same day. Otherwise, funds will arrive in the account the next working day. Transfers take a minimum of 4 working days to reach a non-cahoot account.
    cahoot Savings Account:    You can transfer or withdrawal funds from your savings account to another cahoot account by selecting your savings account and clicking on Transfer or Withdrawal. If these are made by 4:00pm on a working day funds will arrive on the same day.     cahoot Credit Card Account:    A cahoot credit card can be used to withdraw money at any VISA cash machine worldwide.   • What proof of name and address do I need to supply?
    To process your application we need two forms of identification that must not be from the same company. We can accept: recent credit card (but not store card) statements, bank or building society statements and utility bills (such as gas, electricity).
